Since its launch in 2014, more than 15 million people have participated in the initiative across Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the approximately 20-minute tour, <strong>visitors can see how ingredients are stored and handled, how each order is prepared, and the controls carried out daily in restaurants.<\/strong> They can also learn about the origin of key ingredients, talk with restaurant teams, and have their questions answered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open Doors is available to everyone and can be requested directly at the counter. Tours are subject to team availability and each restaurant\u2019s operations, particularly during peak hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past three years, <strong>more than 940,000 people have evaluated Open Doors through a post-visit survey: more than 98% said their perception of the McDonald\u2019s brand improved or improved significantly, while 99% rated the tour as excellent or very good.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cTransparency is a commitment we make every day by opening our kitchens to everyone.
